The staff at BPS are always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer my questions or help me find an item. One thing I like very much is how BPS partners with charity cat rescues. This partnership gives cats and kittens much needed exposure for them to get adopted. Love your store!

Very good customer service! An employee helped me find what I was looking for, rang it up, created an account for me so I'd get a great sale price, and then carried the large bag of dog food to my car for me. Will shop here again!

They have excellent grooming service at reasonable prices. My dog loves going there as they give us the same groomer so that my pet is comfortable and happy.
