The staff is very unprofessional and unskilled in their work. After I was placed in line, she said she didn’t know how to do it. Are you kidding me?

Zi was the best bank teller I could have had. I went in on Wednesday extremely stressed out and she immediately calmed me and helped me fix the situation. She even called me the next day to let me know everything had worked out. She’s the best!!!
