“I have to say I was blown away by what they did for me! I had an odd shrink wrap job and I was calling around for some help. No one would touch it. I called Wills Transfer and they asked me to send a picture. I did that and a guy named Will (not sure whether he owns the place but he should!) called me back and told me to bring it in and he would see what he could do. He and another person shrink wrapped the two pieces perfectly and wouldn’t let me pay them anything! What I thought was going to be a few days of hunting and a huge bill turned out to be a very quick fix and didn’t cost me a cent. I really wish Will would have taken the money I offered. It is so rare these days for a company to do something like this. I tell everyone who will listen this story. Way to go Will, Wills Transfer is lucky to have such a customer oriented person.”
“Thanks to Jennifer at the Tire desk for all her help resolving (and returning) tires after a blow out.
Its employees like this that will make me come back again.”
“This Costco, like all Costcos, is nearly always busy. However, I do find that I can usually find parking fairly quickly and the checkout lines move fast. Also not as messy as some of the busier Costcos in the city.”
“Great place to go grocery shopping, extremely competitive rates well worth the cost for a membership, prices always come to way lower then I expect, starting to feel like I can actually afford a months worth of groceries for my family again”
“Hug store. Very busy but the check out was very fast. They came and scanned my product be I got to register.
They should so that at my regular store in Kitchener.
Great service at both.”
“This Costco is a hidden gem!!! The only thing they don't have is Robaxacet, Kirkland brand gel caps, electronics, food court and clothes. They so have everything else. So going for the 10kg of chicken wings!!! Love this Costco!!! They also have cheap propane refills. Got 3 tanks done. All good!!!”
