“Overall the experience was fine. There was one issue in the dairy department, one of the employees was reprimanding customers. He was trying to tell them how to take the items off the shelves, telling them they were going to break things. He was very loud and rude. I think this employee needs be retrained.”

They have tons of different pops, fireworks, and a bag of ice at your needs. It's easy to stop by and park at all times.”

By far the BEST grocery store in Owen Sound!!
I called this morning to see if they had any Stir Fry kits available, and I was put through to produce as they are the ones who look after that. The guy who answered said that there was none made...but that he would personally make me what ever I wanted. He asked me when I wanted it ready for, and said that even though he was done at noon, he would make sure it was ready for me in the produce cooler, I would just need to let the staff know I had one set aside for me :)
Ok, I get this is probably part of their job, but I just love how I was made to feel that important, that they would take that extra time from their day to make my request.
This hasn't been the first time the store has gone above and beyond for assistance. I remember another time I was looking for a particular item and couldn't find it. The store owner/manager (who,by the way, is ALWAYS there... morning, noon and night..it's wonderful to see such a hands on always visible store owner/manager, who is always incredibly helpful!!) was putting away items on the shelf and I had asked him about it.. he said no they didn't have it...but the next time I was in the store it was definitely there on the shelf!!
I love my little in-town grocery store that always takes such good care of their customers, making it a safe and comfortable shopping experience!!
I wish I could only give you many more stars!!”

“Was in last night to pick up afew items went over to notice that their was still minced neat tarts still hanging around thought I would pick it up brought it home had it with tea as I was consuming it noticed that they weren't even cook still doughy not impressed I'm not really sure if they do there own bakery or a company drops them off if so I suggest they check their inventory before delivery not good.”

“know your prices B4 you shop anywhere!! I try and keep track of things, including sales, flyers, price matching and seniors' days at various stores. I can truthfully say, almost 100% of the prices at Food4Less are much cheaper than other places. The staff is amazingly helpful and know what they are talking about.....and the bathroom is always open!! :)”
