“This is an updated review from a few years ago, as I removed my older reviews and this is my hometown store- The staff here are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the products in their store. My experience on Monday was amazing- I had come back from my trip to a leak in my basement and didn’t have any idea what to do. The staff members here were quick to help and talk me through everything. Anne-Marie was an absolute delight to speak with and I recommend this location heavily.”

“Got a flat tire while cycling across the interprovincial bridge from Quebec towards Pembroke. Rode on the flat to Canadian Tire. They said they don't fix bike flats. I took the wheel and tire off, bought a new tube and asked them to put some air in it. They said, do you have your tire also? I gave them the tire and new tube, and they mounted them on my wheel -- no charge!”
