Canadian Tire is a well-organized and clean store that offers a wide range of products. The staff is frequently praised for being friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to assist customers. For example, in the garden center, employees have been noted for their willingness to help lift heavy items and ensure customer satisfaction. Many customers appreciate the store's clear aisles and well-stocked shelves, along with the convenience of the Canadian Tire app, which provides real-time inventory information.
However, there are a few concerns. Some customers have experienced difficulties when trying to exit the store without making a purchase, as they must wait in line. Additionally, there have been reports of disorganization during online order pickups, leading to confusion and frustration. Despite these issues, the service center has received high marks for its honesty and fairness, with many customers expressing their trust in the vehicle services provided.
Overall, Canadian Tire on Chemong Road is recognized for its excellent customer service, especially from its dedicated staff, who are seen as strong ambassadors for the brand, making the shopping experience positive and encouraging repeat visits.
