“Had the most wonderful customer service experience at this location! Doing some last minute hunting for a formal dress for a wedding I was attending the next day. Dorota (sorry for misspelling) greeted me and offered to pull several formal dress from the back in my size. She offered advice after I tried each dress on, steamed the dress and advised on accessories. She is so kind, professional and you can tell she really cares!
The dress and everything ended up being on sale, so just an all around great experience.”

“Great service and my go to for steel toe safety shoes or boots. Keep receipt as they have excellent return policy for defective footwear. Checkout at back entrance and easier in and out with quicker checkout in my experience. They can also order in store to ship to home if they don't have what you need.”
“Always love a trip to Old Navy. I purchased some sunglasses last year from Old Navy and accidentally broke them so I was hoping to be able to find the exact same pair or at least one close to the same design.
Lucky me, I found the exact pair as well as another one exactly the same but slightly different colour, so I bought both.
The prices are always so good. Whenever I get to the cash I often feel like they must have forgotten to ring something in because the total seems too low. Always something on sale at Old Navy.

My cousin Meg works here and when she told me to come visit her store to get my daughters something nice i thought she just wants me to visit her store.... flip me they sell everything and its all great stuff. its like TXMAX here in Northern Ireland. anyway i got my son some great Tshirts, a mine craft manual and i got my daughters 2 fantastic mermaid tails that Meg pointed out. she knows her stuff and when she suggested my girls would love them she was not wrong. apologies to the guy on the counter who i shocked when my cousin Greg and I were waiting to pay. he believed me when i told him Greg and I were going to a sleep over and the mermaid tails were for us. anyway i told my wife and she wants to visit again next time were back in canada. Meghan needs a bonus as she knew were everything was and was very professional helping me to find something great for my kids at home when i was looking about”

“I’ve been to Nelson‘s a few times just got my first pair of boots. They’re extremely helpful with sizing and questions about boots. Have a great selection with even wide boot sizes. Great selection for other pieces of clothing, belts belt buckles Very friendly, kind, and talkative. Great experience would definitely recommend.”
