“I’ve been to Nelson‘s a few times just got my first pair of boots. They’re extremely helpful with sizing and questions about boots. Have a great selection with even wide boot sizes. Great selection for other pieces of clothing, belts belt buckles Very friendly, kind, and talkative. Great experience would definitely recommend.”
“Had a great experience here. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained the different shoe options and mentioned they can even customize shoes for a better fit. Excellent customer service and a great place to shop for running or walking shoes. Highly recommend!”
“Popped in for gels before my 1st marathon. Left with a spiffy 1/2 off shoes!
Love the owner.
Honesty. Fair. Not pushing a sale. I found what i searched for, and the owner helped facilitate that without trying to upsale!
I am now a fan of Runners Life for life.”
“Jordan was so patient and knowledgeable. I bought the shoes he recommended, not the ones I thought I wanted. His sense of humor was appreciated as I struggled to get shoes on and off. Great customer service is hard to find but Jordan understands the importance and delivers on an exceptional level. Well done!”
“Great service and my go to for steel toe safety shoes or boots. Keep receipt as they have excellent return policy for defective footwear. Checkout at back entrance and easier in and out with quicker checkout in my experience. They can also order in store to ship to home if they don't have what you need.”
“Great Place to grab shoes at reasonable prices. Sometimes more popular sizes are gone but still a good place to get shoes. Alao, can order online or have shoes sent to you if not there.”
“We had the most exceptional customer service from the manager Ray today. She was very sweet and understanding. Her attitude was very professional, and she gave us excellent customer service. We will be back. Thank you, Ray! ?”
“Love this Suzy location! All of the employees are so sweet and helpful. The manager is very nice and often recommends items that she knows will suit my style. I always look forward to my next trip into the store. ❤️”
“I went in to buy some new boots and had a very pleasant experience. Sarah was very friendly and super helpful with answering any questions I had. I will definitely be back when I need a new pair again.”
