“Hands down the best dudes in town! Joe and John actually run two pharmacies here in PTBO, and they commute everyday from somewhere in, or around, Toronto! ! They are obviously very dedicated to their customers and a great help if you need anything! Extremely kind, helpful and personable!. Every customer the walks thru the door, they know their name, and are greeted nicely, and cheery everytime!!

My husband uses the blister packs which are a life saver literally. The family that runs this business goes over and above for their customers, and they close Sundays. “I am a client of this rexall in Peterborough on George st and I love the pharmacy staff. Jen is one of the hardest working people I know and she is absolutely the friendliest!!! If she ever leaves this rexall, I will be changing pharmacies. She is always smiling when I walk in and always has my prescription ready. I find when she is not there I have to wait awhile. “Was at Cancast this weekend in Peterborough and had a tooth ache so I went to Pharmasave as that is where I go when I'm at home, it was Saturday afternoon and saw a Doctor that was really new to Canada (3 weeks) got 2 prescriptions an antibiotic and one to help with inflammation, excellent service, helped me make it through the weekend. “I had a flu and COVID shot. Even though was very busy with appointments, Juhi pharmacist & Paru pharmacy assistant were super busy, but kept everything on track. I did not even feel the one shot. Was done efficiently & with minimal discomfort. “I wanna give a BIG shout out to Hayden who works here. Yesterday I was there to pick up a prescription and then I asked him a couple questions about my insurance coverage and what OHIP pays. Well, He did some work looking into my file and gave me a detailed account of what I pay and if my my private health insurance plan is worth my premium payments. “Way beyond expectations!
I transferred away from Shoppers Drugmart mostly because I just wanted to support something local, but I didn't even realize what I had been missing! My pharmacist at Charlotte Care not only made it really easy to transfer, he also spent time over his weekend researching a manufacturer's benefit plan for my medication when he learned that I didn't have an insurance plan for it.
He did this unprompted and found a benefit that saved me a full 75% of what I was paying at Shoppers.
Truly above and beyond. For anyone who is still with a large chain pharmacy like Shoppers because of the illusion of convenience, let this be your sign to switch. In one visit, the level of *care* at Charlotte Care has surpassed anything I experience at Shoppers.”
