“Variety of health products is unfortunately limited due to the store size. This store staff reminds me of the 1950s IDA on George Street which also was so friendly. I left my phone at home & they helped me by contacting the service I needed to contact. They also sell knickknacks which are unique for presents & the assist buttons for opening the door are in the exact place that they need to be. Other stores need to train under this great staff.”

“I had a flu and COVID shot. Even though was very busy with appointments, Juhi pharmacist & Paru pharmacy assistant were super busy, but kept everything on track. I did not even feel the one shot. Was done efficiently & with minimal discomfort. Highly recommend.Also a hat tip to the 2 ladies at customer service ( sorry I did not catch your names on Friday Nov 3/23 about 3 - 4 pm)Great job team !”

“I was shopping in your store on a Sunday afternoon and witnessed a customer being overly harsh to a cashier because the customer didn't read the points promo signs and expected the bonus without meeting the requirements. The cashier was visibly upset. The supervisor on duty stepped in and was very professional with the customer but explained the issue, offered to let the customer go so more shopping to meet the requirements but the customer refused and left the store.I retired retail management and really appreciate how this supervisor handled the customer professionally and stud up for her employee with out wavering on either responsibility.Amazing staff!!!!!!”
