Absolutely horrible. Service is beyong slow, it's glacial. The branch on Monaghan is smaller but must faster. Better still move your money to a different bank if you can!

Have been with RBC for 25 years. Always a wait when I call, always a long line when I need in person transactions. The drive thru ATM on Lansdowne street in Peterborough, Ontario is so dirty I don’t want to touch the screen. Where is the money to hire more staff to answer the phones and help with the long lines?
