“My grandma needed shoes after her hip surgery, her feet were very swollen and she needed something she could slip on and off while in her wheelchair. I honestly was expecting it to be a painful excursion as her husband had just passed a couple days before and it was her first time out of the hospital. What I thought would take an at least an hour and be very emotional took us under twelve minutes. We had no clue what we were looking for so I started grabbing everything, until Kat, an employee offered her assistance. Literally first shoe she grabbed was perfect. It was a pair of sandals by sketchers with a cushy solid heel with good support, elastic bands on top criss crossed. It slid on and off with ease which was surprising with the pretty design. My grandma didn't complain once which was a miracle, she's never approved of anything anyone has picked for her. Honestly Kat made this trip effortless and lifted a huge burden off my chest. So relieved that she was there to help.”
