“Good experience. Store was slightly messy and items were scattered around the store so sometimes tough to find your size as it required you to look in multiple locations around the store. Sales assistant that came to help made the process easier by looking up some sizes and getting me exactly what I needed, and letting me know if it was in store or not. Happy to come back and shop again.”

“I'm pregnant and had spent a cruddy half hour trying to find pants that fit at another store before trying Roots. I was tired and in a pretty bad mood. Penelope helped me find exactly what I needed and put through an order for some larger pants that'll last me through my pregnancy. We also had a great discussion about baby clothes and pregnancy that lifted my mood considerably. 10/10 service

They've also got ADORABLE little bear onesies for babies...definitely getting those for the babies for winter!”

“I have shopped at this store for 17 plus years at least!The staff are always amazing!!Tamara has worked there a long time in management and she has been excellent and customer service at the top level also for her staff. I have dealt a lot with Mangla and she is an excellent sales clerk. Great, honest advice. Always picks things out for me and knows what looks best on me. Please continue to keep excellent top notch staff like her and the others who work here.So glad your store didn’t shut down. There is hardly any decent retailers anymore for ladies clothing in that mall.The prices are on the high side but you’re paying for quality and very stylish clothing. The service was amazing, there was a hijabi girl working there who was super kind, respectful, and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable and taken care of the whole time. “New store and staff and most staff so great. Purchased items 3 times this week from here. Only complaint is I left items in the changing room due to an injury so I didn’t know if they would mind to put them back. A associate - emo looking girl with dark mascara and dark black hair mumbled something like “some people” under her breath. I didn’t say anything back because I spend hundreds of dollars here and that is her job. Also I would’ve put them back if she asked. Otherwise I love the wide selection of items and all new renovation. Still giving 5 stars to the rest of the employees despite the rude staff member. I’m so glad they renovated because I love these change rooms and the old ones were not it.”

“I was so overwhelmed today. The store manager, Denzil gave me the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I had an issue with a lost receipt. The main phone number staff, could do nothing for me and continued to spout company jargon, in no way interested to help me. They just wanted me off the phone. This manager went to GREAT LENGTHS to find my original receipt, did it so quickly ( i was stunned) and he is only 24 years old. The maturity and genuine concern that this young man displayed to me, was so profoundly re assuring. I think they should get Denzil to train all their staff. He actually knows what customer service means. Might i also add that before he searched for my receipt, he provided me with 3 possible scenarios, in order to get my money back. In addition, i made some purchases at his store, and his staff was so accommodating! . I am so sad that this store is 2 hours from my home ( i was visiting friends), because i would for sure shop at this store exclusively.

“Garage has really become my go-to for a lot of basics. Their fit goes with my body type pretty well and I find a lot of their stuff cute and easy to style. A while back I was browsing at a store in STC and impulse bought a jacket that was on sale. I wound up not really loving it in the end and came to the PTC location to make a return. This Garage store is laid out pretty similar to other ones with new arrivals nearer to the entrance, clearance items at the back, and accessories near the register. It was a weekday when I arrived so there were minimal staff on hand at the time. I was greeted by the cashier and told her I had a return to make. She asked if it was online or in-store. For the in-store purchases, make sure you have the itemized receipt and not your credit card one. After a quick check and a scan, she let me know it would be refunded to the card that I paid with. My original receipt was stapled to a refund receipt and given back to me.The return went through the same on my credit card which was awesome. Fast and easy service here!”
