“I have shopped at this store for 17 plus years at least!The staff are always amazing!!Tamara has worked there a long time in management and she has been excellent and customer service at the top level also for her staff. I have dealt a lot with Mangla and she is an excellent sales clerk. Great, honest advice. Always picks things out for me and knows what looks best on me. Please continue to keep excellent top notch staff like her and the others who work here.So glad your store didn’t shut down. There is hardly any decent retailers anymore for ladies clothing in that mall.The prices are on the high side but you’re paying for quality and very stylish clothing. “New store and staff and most staff so great. Purchased items 3 times this week from here. Only complaint is I left items in the changing room due to an injury so I didn’t know if they would mind to put them back. A associate - emo looking girl with dark mascara and dark black hair mumbled something like “some people” under her breath. I didn’t say anything back because I spend hundreds of dollars here and that is her job. Also I would’ve put them back if she asked. Otherwise I love the wide selection of items and all new renovation. Still giving 5 stars to the rest of the employees despite the rude staff member. I’m so glad they renovated because I love these change rooms and the old ones were not it.”
“A friend of my 18 year old son wasn’t going to be able to go the the grade 12 school prom because his family couldn’t afford the cost of the clothes or the cost to get into the prom. I called the Oshawa store and talked to a gentleman, Scott who I believe is the manager and told him the story of this young man, that I would pay for whatever he could do for him. Scott not only put together a great total package including the shoes and had it all fitted and back to be picked up in 24 hours but used his employee discount to make it a fantastic price. Just goes to show that there are still some pretty great people in this world. P.S. The school after I talked to them and told them about one of their students also waved the cost to attend the grad ball.”
