The charcoal hemp sweats that I purchased recently have quickly become my comfortable favourites. I ordered some small and some medium sizes and ended up returning the mediums for small...just an fyi. The online service was prompt and attentive, and my order was delivered in a relatively short amount of time.”

“Utsav was very patient and kind. He was wonderful when I had to do multiple returns so I can repurchase the sweaters I bought originally during Black Friday but in the correct size. He was very efficient but made sure the return went well by putting it on the gift card so I can repurchase what I needed but in the correct size and more instead of waiting 1 business day to get my money back so I can buy it again. He was very patient, kind, funny, and energetic. Overall a very positive experience. This Old Navy location always gave my family and wonderful customer service. I recommend coming here. Starting off we went to the kids section where initially we were finding it tough to decide trackpants for my nephew as my mom and myself were shopping for him for back home.I came across the fantastic not only assistance but also pragmmatic recommendations made by zhahra which made me sign up for promotions and becoming the member of the shopping spree which never came in my mind special thanks to zhahra for it. “Firstly, i want to say moores clothing store for men has a great collections, super clean and organized location one of the best to visit in the Eglinton neighbourhood of scarborough location. The credit of it goes to its invaluable gem of the team aorking and also management of the store.For, that special shoutout goes to the store management, the head management in and handling the location in actively managing and multitasking the Co-Store Manager Yashi and the team along with Albert who were superhelpful, professional and nice to say would be the very least of compliment to give and i will share my experience in below to elevate it further.I have been working in retail and about for almost the time and the most of my professional career has been in retail and the most important part that comes is time management, exceptional customer need and treating the client as you want to be treated when you go and visit a store or the window arena as oneself.I happened to have felt the some touch, connectivity and comfort because exceptional client experience being provided by the Manager of the store in Yashi - she was very helpful, courteous, empathetic, helped me finding the right size and fit because of lot of permutations and combinations of the perfect shoe i was looking for winter formal in mens and getting me the nice value for money composition to enhance and upscale and elevate my shopping experience to new heights and raising the bar alongside with the team work of Albert- who was engaged, multitasking, keeping tabs of whats happening around with my experience and also making sure other clients are equally welcomed and helped is not an easy cup of tea to understand and execute to more than perfection by both of the gem of the people.I wish and truly hope that Yashi gets higher level of recognition in the hirearchy of the company and Albert both of them they work effortlessly, think about the store, working as team and the way i was helped and also other clients is equally well deserving of the shoutout and the credit that not only me from now onwards and to all the people i will come across, would be highly recommended to come to Moores for shopping especially at the Eglinton location in scarborough and if possible to be experienced by both Yashi and Albert in the present and future too.I want to say thank you both Yashi and albert to figure out the best solution for me, getting me the valuable and desired experience of the pairs, by the way i came to buy 1 and happen to have got 2 pairs of Nunn Bush 1912 waterproof collection and a very nice shoe maintainer alongside to round off my purchase for this experience. You can always get an update from both Yashi and Albert as they know everything in regards ins and out of whats best for you and what suit you more in kind of any recommendation of an expert coming from the expert was a blessing for me to experience it and getting my appetiite and hunger back for retail shopping was rejenuvated to come back soon at Moores Clothing Store and all the credit of it goes to you Yashi and Albert and the whole team alongside ?.”
