Helped me look all over for a Nezuko, Rengoku, Kocho, and Giyu but there's still a huge selection of characters from the series and also characters i wouldnt have thought of that were available. Its amazing the wide variety of Tanjiro Funko Pops there were too, one of the greatest anime characters of all time!”

“I was having a problem with my online order. I had called a few other stores locally and no one could help me. They all told me to wait a few weeks to see if it sends. So I waited… nothing came. I ended up calling the Pickering store and Tanya the Manager answered. First off can I say, she is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and made sure she could do what she could to help me. She noticed that my online order had an error on it. She adjusted it and put the item to the side as she told me that the item wouldn’t likely make it by Christmas because of the time of year. I am very thankful for her honesty and willingness to help! “based on the customer service alone I am very happy with my experience. I ordered something on December 23 and I did call before hand, so I knew that the office was closed during the holidays. However I was surprised to get an email to advise me that even with the office closed they could accommodate a pick up. I was so happy to be able to pick up earlier so I could give the the item to my nephew for Christmas. This small gesture especially during the holiday season really made a huge difference.”
