“This store is extremely organized and tidy which makes the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. The quality of items they sell are always good, I have never found any with stains or holes etc. I would prefer this location far more than Ajax OUAC which is extremely disorganized and a mess.”

“Such a fun store with really welcoming staff. Very eclectic collections of different types of collectibles. I typically leave with something cool each time and my kids love to join me. Definitely worth a visit!”

“based on the customer service alone I am very happy with my experience. I ordered something on December 23 and I did call before hand, so I knew that the office was closed during the holidays. However I was surprised to get an email to advise me that even with the office closed they could accommodate a pick up. I was so happy to be able to pick up earlier so I could give the the item to my nephew for Christmas. This small gesture especially during the holiday season really made a huge difference.”

“I made an online purchase of a shampoo bar for myself, one for my dog, a couple pieces of jewelry and a really cute dog tag. The items arrived quickly and the quality was fantastic. I love how beautifully everything was packaged. Will definitely purchase from them again”

“Bev was extremely helpful and patient with my little one while he shopped. She asked him about his interest in order to assist him with finding toys that he liked. She also wrapped his purchase nicely, asking for his input along the way and even cutting the handle out for easy carrying. Thanks Bev, your service was impeccable!”

“Where's all the product? Shelves are near empty. Store used to be packed with options. Everything is on clearance. No books. It's all stuffed animals and clearance nobody wants. Five stars for the staff keeping up the positive attitudes and continuing excellent customer service”
