“Bev was extremely helpful and patient with my little one while he shopped. She asked him about his interest in order to assist him with finding toys that he liked. She also wrapped his purchase nicely, asking for his input along the way and even cutting the handle out for easy carrying. Thanks Bev, your service was impeccable!”
“based on the customer service alone I am very happy with my experience. I ordered something on December 23 and I did call before hand, so I knew that the office was closed during the holidays. However I was surprised to get an email to advise me that even with the office closed they could accommodate a pick up. I was so happy to be able to pick up earlier so I could give the the item to my nephew for Christmas. This small gesture especially during the holiday season really made a huge difference.”
