“I love the colours, texture, comfort and wearability of the hemp and bamboo clothing items I have purchased. I washed and wore my bright pink long-sleeve hemp t-shirt for many years, and replaced it only a few weeks ago. The charcoal hemp sweats that I purchased recently have quickly become my comfortable favourites. I ordered some small and some medium sizes and ended up returning the mediums for small...just an fyi. The online service was prompt and attentive, and my order was delivered in a relatively short amount of time.”

I walked to Torrid on a mission to find jeans, explained what i was looking for and Christine immediately made me feel welcome and started the scavenger hunt. “LOW FAIR PRICES!! The owner is a nice man who runs the store himself. He has suitcases, travel baggages of many sizes, and other apparel. The suitcase selection is better than at Walmart. There are also some school bags for elementary and highschoolers. That being said, you will definitely get your money's worth shopping here.”

“Whenever I go to Scarborough, I always stop at that store. They always have some hidden gems.Last Thursday I stopped in and found out that I had two coupons that I hadn’t used worth $45.Rosemary was so helpful. The ladies that work in Scarborough are so nice, Lori and Rosemary and Jackie are such a wonderful surprise these days. I normally shop at Woodbridge monthly and online but there is only one pleasant worker, I believe her name is Natalie she’s really great at the Woodbridge store.”

“I recently had to purchase my skin care products from the Bay Clinique counter. The gift-with-purchase was ending and I tried at Markville with no luck the service was not the greatest. I called JASMINE KAUR and right away not only did she answer but remembered me from my previous visit. She was polite, patient, and very courteous. She processed my order right away and I received it yesterday with a couple of additional goodies. I have purchaseBay for over 30 years is was the best service!”

“Utsav was very patient and kind. He was wonderful when I had to do multiple returns so I can repurchase the sweaters I bought originally during Black Friday but in the correct size. He was very efficient but made sure the return went well by putting it on the gift card so I can repurchase what I needed but in the correct size and more instead of waiting 1 business day to get my money back so I can buy it again. He was very patient, kind, funny, and energetic. Overall a very positive experience. This Old Navy location always gave my family and wonderful customer service. I recommend coming here. There’s always something for everyone.”

“I’ve been there twice to purchase attire for a Sikh/Punjab wedding. Maya & Niran(not sure if I’m remembering his name correctly). Were fantastic with us. They were so patient, helpful & knowledgeable. Three of us needed 2 outfits each. With the cultural practices different from ours we were worried & wanted to make sure we picked appropriate items. They were great. Helped us stay within budget. Alterations done on the spot. Then the jewelry to match. They were open & welcoming to us. Highly recommend shopping there. I know I’ll be there again. “This is one of the moments and experience I have had thanks to first Zhahra and cecila. Starting off we went to the kids section where initially we were finding it tough to decide trackpants for my nephew as my mom and myself were shopping for him for back home.I came across the fantastic not only assistance but also pragmmatic recommendations made by zhahra which made me sign up for promotions and becoming the member of the shopping spree which never came in my mind special thanks to zhahra for it. She is not only the employee but more than that as she was doing her job with passion and helping cecila and she herself was very calm and patient with us as we were discussing and deciding in outfit she made sure other customers get attended and she balanced it well.Zhahra made my life easy in shopping me being not the best person to be around in shopping as I am always rushing but her persona and recommendation never made me feel like I was barely shopping.My special thanks to both of them and especially zhahra her customer handling, professionalism is very strong and she is the kind of person who give and treat people with respect.I would be shopping again in gap very soon and my special thanks and commendations to both of them for making me feel active and made my experience one of the best to remember.”
