“Last month I found out my exhaust pipes were rotting and the dealership suggested I call around to get a better price than they would charge (good on them!) Called, spoke to Dann, brought my car in that morning to get an estimate, had it done two days later for 10% of the dealership quote, and, although I was initially told it would take 2-3 hours, they had it done in under an hour!! Needless to say, when my brakes started grinding this week, I called Carcone's first! In and out in under 2 hours at a reasonable price. I was also told how much it would cost before hand.
They are very transparent and there's no B.S. here.

“First of all, it's very difficult for all car owners to find car mechanic shop in Toronto nowadays. I would personally recommend this shop for general service, maintenance or replacement.
I used two services in this year.
First: To replace brake rotor & pad at front wheels and total cost was $450 after tax.
Second: To replace starter motor & belt change to normalize engine start button function and total cost was $700 after tax.
The most important is their sincere services at best if any trouble incurred even after replace each.”

What I appreciate most about him is that he is never trying to oversell me on any product or service, and he always makes sure that I fully understand the problems with my car, as well as the repairs that he is recommending.
