Any questions, concerns and (constant) update requests were always handled in a patient, professional and educative manor. Even with more parts and repairs needed after the initial quote, Wahid let us know immediately and emailed us to ensure everything was recorded and covered. We were given updates on items that came in as much of the parts were on back order, the complete repair took less than expected. Highly recommend Assured Automotive Richmond Hill.”

“Last month I found out my exhaust pipes were rotting and the dealership suggested I call around to get a better price than they would charge (good on them!) Called, spoke to Dann, brought my car in that morning to get an estimate, had it done two days later for 10% of the dealership quote, and, although I was initially told it would take 2-3 hours, they had it done in under an hour!! Needless to say, when my brakes started grinding this week, I called Carcone's first! In and out in under 2 hours at a reasonable price. I was also told how much it would cost before hand.
They are very transparent and there's no B.S. here.

“I am a recent first time customer at lucky 8. I brought in my car with busted brakes and tires, oil change beyond overdue, mismatched tires lol, all filters probably gross - i expected an insane total and maybe a few days of work.
I literally got my car the next day in pristine condition. It was definitely a significant total because my car is German and the work required was huge but I think he put the most MINIMUM margins I've ever seen at any mechanic I have been at for OEM parts.. on top of that his team "buffed away" (I have no idea) yellow paint marks on my car.

“Mike did a great job on my dad’s 2007 Pontiac Montana which had a severe power steering leak due to badly corroded lines. The previous mechanic my dad used wasn’t willing to tackle it due to the overall condition of the car (runs reliably, just over 100,000km but has rust issues). It was worth a try to keep it on the road a bit longer and Mike executed a repair quickly, at a very fair price. Really good experience from initial phone call to picking up the car.”

“Amazing experience with Caspian Auto Repair. They literally saved my life twice that day. My car battery died out in the middle of the road, and the owner was willing to stay late to help me with the repair. Realizing his shop was short on battery inventory, he later drove me to the nearest Canadian Tire to purchase a new one and then drove me back to his shop for the installation. His kindness and diligence touch my heart and left me speechless. Without his willingness to help me out in the afterhours, I would not have been able to go to work the next day, let alone, getting the car back to my home. “First of all, it's very difficult for all car owners to find car mechanic shop in Toronto nowadays. I would personally recommend this shop for general service, maintenance or replacement.
I used two services in this year.
First: To replace brake rotor & pad at front wheels and total cost was $450 after tax.
Second: To replace starter motor & belt change to normalize engine start button function and total cost was $700 after tax.
The most important is their sincere services at best if any trouble incurred even after replace each.”
