“I had a great experience at Costco's tire and battery centre. I went in to get a new battery for my car, and Joe provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain Costco's new battery policy so I knew exactly what to expect. The whole process was fast, easy, and hassle-free. It's always appreciated when someone is both efficient and genuinely helpful. Thanks, Joe, for making the experience so smooth!”

“Bought the SVS PB 1000 PRO and wasn't happy with it. Reached out to support and Mason was awesome. Tried to understand why I'm asking for a replacement and suggested alternatives when I wasn't sure what to get. When it came time to replace, he coordinated the return and replacement to be done by the same person too.”
“I’ve been using Latin Core for the past 2 years and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. Their customer service is truly world class, and their wide range of products makes it easy to find exactly what I need. From the owner to the delivery team, everyone is always kind, cordial, and ready to help.
Olga is such a sweetheart genuine, caring, and always friendly. Andrea is incredibly welcoming and goes out of her way to support customers; I even overheard her gently helping someone calling all the way from Calgary, trying to find a solution even though they don’t deliver that far yet. That’s the kind of care that makes a difference.
Our rep Jorge is simply the best. He’s always available and responsive, even when I send him messages at odd hours and he somehow replies right away. Thank you, Jorge!
Gracias Latin Core Team for always going above and beyond. Keep up the fantastic work you truly make a difference!”
“These guys have the market sussed on the Kebab front! We have had several excellent meals from them and we will continue to use them during a weekly take out. The meat is juicy and not running with fat! There is more than enough for a good meal. Don't overlook a Kebab from these guys.”

“Ordered a rear catalytic converter for my 2010 Volvo XC90 V8 (SKU # 43451850). The ordering process was easy, and was able to use Apple Pay on their website. The 20% online coupon was helpful and knocked off about $80. I chose the free shipping, expecting it to take over a week to ship. It came in 3 days! When the part arrived, it was as advertised, and I was pleasantly surprised that the hardware and gaskets were included, because the picture online and description did not say they were included. Installed the part, and it fit perfectly. The bolts that came with the kit were a little too big for the original holes on the vehicles exhaust. No big deal, just drilled them out to the next size up. Well done, HottExhaust! Would use again for sure.”
“Exceptional service pretty busy line ups but there should be a better customer service traffic direction and people that have less items should be in self check out lines and people with more should be in line ups! may need team member to better organize the line up traffic! for even greater service!!”
“Good place to go to buy bulk purchases. Clothing is good too. Rotisserie chicken available if you don't want to cook. Buy a salad and fries and eat this with chicken. Hotdog special and poutine are amazing.”
