“I needed something from the hardware department and one of the younger girls tried to help me, but she was unfamiliar with what I needed. She asked Kory to step in and help me and he was so so knowledgeable! It was kind of an obscure little screw insert for a knob, and even though hardware was not his department, he had it all figured out and in no time showed me where it was, determined what length I needed by taking me over to the doors in another department and was just a great resource for my situation. Who needs Cogeco Cory? Rona Kory needs a commercial! What a helpful, friendly guy!”
