“Edited: So, the item was picked up yesterday and I received an email this morning noting my refund. I'm impressed. I'll admit it. Thanks, Leon's.Had an issue with an item purchased online. I was not happy with it when it arrived and got no help in store. However, after speaking to an agent, she was able to offer a return with a 25 percent restocking fee which I think is fair. What is not fair is the lack of notice of their all sales final policy both in store and online. But all in all, I'm very satisfied with the outcome”

She asked how she can help and a gentleman overheard and he lead me over to the HP toner . He didn’t just walk away, he explained to me that there were two options . He proceeded to calculate the cost per page so I could make a informed decision on my purchase. Sure I could have done this myself, however this gentleman knows how to deliver customer service and knows how very important it is. So many businesses are lacking in the customer service department these days.I would like to thank this gentleman for his assistance today, and for showing me that there are great customer service representatives out there, doing a fantastic job and with pride!Thank you”

Competitors are providing better offers with free delivery and providing TVs as give away for any purchase more than $3k.. They are loosing customers from this perspective.”
