“Great service, made a mistake in ordering half of a box spring, customer service nicely called me and got a good replacement. Also delivery guys were very nice. Thanks, highly recommend”
“2 gentlemen arrived to work on my recliner.
Very knowledgeable and the job was completed very quickly in a professional manner.
Thank you for such great service.
Highly recommend”
“I shop at UE because of their commitment to quality, ethical sourcing and their impeccable customer service! I have always loved shopping at UE but they seriously upped their game in the past few years…carrying curvy sizes, branching out in terms of fashion and home goods…while still offering classic items like their Volcano candles, Hen & Bear jewellery and linens. Every purchase is beautifully wrapped and you leave the boutique feeling appreciated each and every time. I love the atmosphere Kiki and Amy have curated…they are an incredible team!”
“Had a great experience shopping at TJ’s. Love that they feature so many Canadian made lines. Delivery and set up of my furniture piece was great. Would definitely recommend TJ’s to my family and friends.”
“Great experience with our salesperson at the brick. Even though the company does not make it easy to figure out what you are paying for a item, Monica did a great job figuring it all out for us.”
“Absolutely the best place to go when you need a quality mattress. Bill was fabulous and certainly demonstrated that he is community first mindset. He helps where he can and that means everything to family's trying to heal. Thank you Bill for going above and beyond. We appreciate you!”
“Tim and Joe were very knowledgeable, very helpful. It is clear they understand the market, their customers and the science behind the products they sell which built trust for us. Much preferred sales approach versus being hawked over by other companies.
Great Canadian owned company with Canadian brands at the forefront.”
“Harmanjot at the front cash was so polite! Very informative about the donations collected and the quotes on old devices. Super nice and pleasant to talk to. Amazing employee!!”
