“My husband and I went in and spoke with rich relken we just went in to browse to see what they had for sectional couches we needed a bigger couch for the space we have and for the company we have over and rich was super helpful he asked what our budget was and showed us so many options that we could choose from and did not try to talk us into spending way more money then what we wanted to he was very friendly and funny and he knew what he was talking about when it came to the furniture the couch my husband and I chose is so beautiful and and the way it's built it should last us a very long time we also explained to him that we had animals and that we allowed them on the furniture and he says he does the same I absolutely love that but he offered us a darker color to the couch that we purchased so that it wouldn't show the puppy prints as much 😂. I loved being able to go in the store and pick out what I wanted instead of going online and being surprised that it wouldn't work out when it got delivered I like to be in person to buy certain things so I know what I am buying 😁. And another great thing bens offers is for $100 more you can get your furniture delivered to your house that is a steal of a deal highly recommend this establishment for all your furniture needs I know I will definitely be going back I will be needing a new bed soon 😁 I enclosed the picture of the beautiful couch we ended up buying I can't wait till they deliver it ☺”

“I have been really pleased with this place from ordering online with the simple, easy application, to someone calling me to confirm my order, speaking with them in between, scheduling my delivery, and down to the delivery itself.
Just had two wonderful delivery men deliver my washer and dryer and certainly one of the better services delivered I’ve ever experienced. There were problems like door openings that weren’t theirs to solve but they did anyway. I have experienced nothing short of excellent customer service from start to finish and I have no doubt if I have any questions or concerns they’ll be just as accommodating.

My only complaint would be that I spoke with the store yesterday to warn them that they had a tricky set up, but it’s unfortunate the store didn’t communicate that with the drivers as they are the ones coming to the site. However, that’s an internal issue and didn’t affect my experience what so ever.
