“Blair at Telus in Lambton Mall was fantastic. He let me know about a discount offer due to my place of work that my original provider Koodo did not have. I was able to get a better phone (Samsung S23) than I originally thought for the same price and plan. While waiting for my turn, I also got to observe Blair assist a senior (aged 90) with his new phone, and he was so patient and spoke clearly for him to follow along. I also got one-time discounts at Cell City as a new Telus customer for a charging block, case, and screen protector purchase. I was impressed with the service I received and saw from Telus, and I think I will be in good hands moving forward.”
