“We had a great experience with Tyson at the TBooth in Lambton Mall, Sarnia.
We had recently switched cell service providers and quickly realized we needed to go back to Rogers, but trying to sort it out directly with Rogers turned into a frustrating, time-consuming headache.
After trying (and struggling) to switch back to Rogers on our own, we decided that in-person support might be more fruitful and Tyson handled everything in one visit. The process was smooth, clear, and completely hassle-free.
He got us switched back quickly with no confusion or runaround, and we left feeling relieved and taken care of. He was able to trouble shoot a hiccup quickly and effectively, as well as coordinate some additional savings on our plan.
He also checked in to see if we needed anything else, but in a really no-pressure, attentive way; no upselling at all. I ended up getting a screen protector, which he installed perfectly on the spot.
He also updated our caller ID to reflect our common names rather than our legal identity, a personalization that means alot to us.
