“I didn’t catch the name of the woman who assisted me, but she was fantastic. I came in for a bag of cat food and was especially interested because of the promotion that was on. Unfortunately, the size I wanted was out of stock. She took my information and said it might be on the truck the next day, but when it didn’t arrive, she went above and beyond—reaching out to other stores in the area and special-ordering exactly what I was looking for. She even did it quickly enough that the promotion still applied to my order. Thank you very much for the great service!”

“I bring my 8 y/o maltese-poodle mix to this location for her grooms + tooth brushing and breath freshener. She has seen a couple different girls there for grooming but the past few times I have booked her with Alex so she has consistency and becomes more comfortable and less anxious. Alex and the whole grooming team are always very friendly and overall I have had a pretty positive experience. My dog always looks super cute and smells very fresh. I put 4 stars because my dog has come home a couple times with little nicks, especially in her ears which are more sensitive due to a past infection, which has been a bit of a bummer, but I know things happen and groomers are humans, not robots! Also, unless I do a very early morning appointment, I find the grooming salon can be very busy and it can take longer, sometimes with a bit of a wait, to actually get an opportunity to speak with one of the team members. I don't mind waiting, but I wanted to mention it can get very busy for others who may be interested in grooming services here. Overall, I really like the grooming salon at PetSmart in Sarnia and I plan to continue returning :) Thank you again to Alex and the rest of the salon team!”
