Unfortunately, the size I wanted was out of stock. She took my information and said it might be on the truck the next day, but when it didn’t arrive, she went above and beyond—reaching out to other stores in the area and special-ordering exactly what I was looking for. She even did it quickly enough that the promotion still applied to my order. Thank you very much for the great service!”
