“Stopped there today and cashier said hello while ringing up customers. Since I had a pick up order and she was busy, I decided to check out their fish. While doing so, Joe, the manager, asked if I needed help while walking by me. Offered & did get my pick up order. Super friendly manager and I had a great experience there! Thank you for great customer service and friendliness!!”

“Transitioning our dog to raw has been amazing. The team at Rawsome is SO knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If you are thinking the cost is prohibitive, think again! I 10/10 recommend you stop in, ask your questions, meet the staff and be informed. They are there to sway you. They are there to guide whatever choice works best for your animal. Lots of variety and parking (easy access from Rapids and Michigan).”

“I didn’t catch the name of the woman who assisted me, but she was fantastic. I came in for a bag of cat food and was especially interested because of the promotion that was on. Unfortunately, the size I wanted was out of stock. She took my information and said it might be on the truck the next day, but when it didn’t arrive, she went above and beyond—reaching out to other stores in the area and special-ordering exactly what I was looking for. She even did it quickly enough that the promotion still applied to my order. Thank you very much for the great service!”
