“I didn’t catch the name of the woman who assisted me, but she was fantastic. I came in for a bag of cat food and was especially interested because of the promotion that was on. Unfortunately, the size I wanted was out of stock. She took my information and said it might be on the truck the next day, but when it didn’t arrive, she went above and beyond—reaching out to other stores in the area and special-ordering exactly what I was looking for. She even did it quickly enough that the promotion still applied to my order. Thank you very much for the great service!”
“The manager Dave was very helpful. I purchased a cub cadet lawn tractor from them, had it for two weeks and started leaking oil everywhere. He gladly returned it and even lent me one of their trailers to take the new one home. I wish I could get that kind of service from cub cadet their customer service is a joke”
