“Besides the amazing products and prices, I experienced incredible customer service here the other day. I ended up tripping and spraining my ankle in the parking lot as I was leaving the store and ended up breaking a few jars of pasta sauce and pop bottles I purchased (I was super lucky as i was close to landing on the broken glass. A staff member (I believe she was a manager and I really wished I asked for her name) was off the clock and leaving the store, and witnessed my fall. She came over and helped my mom and I out, and actually phoned the store and told them to replace everything that was broken for us. I was super thankful for her help, especially as she was off the clock and just about to go home! ❤️”

“Jacob in bike area was very helpful and efficient. He took bikes down to show me the two I was interested in. When one had a chain off the derailleur; he quickly fixed it and then checked stock to say there were 5 more in stock.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I had questions about a product. However, the checkout process could be faster, as there were long lines even during non-peak hours. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend Walmart for everyday shopping needs.”
“I've been here for eons, ya'll need to start selling the single disk SpongeBob DVDs again, and as well as the complete season DVDs individually. I'm tired of seein' a season I don't own bundled with a season I do own. 5/5. The long lines gotta end though.

This location sells beer! Go carts! Huge pharmacy! Sushi! And Aisles and aisles of clearance items! And everything else you would expect from a Walmart.”
“I was in the Pharmacy area and noticed a Vaporizer on for $52.00.
When I got to the cash I was charged $75.00. When I mentioned it to the cashier she called over Justin. Justin went to the area and I was right about the price but that sticker was for another item. He was able to give me a refund and then charged me the $52.00 because they had to honor the price. Thank you Justin for being a great, friendly employee.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Karen, the manager at Hudson’s Bay in Scarborough Town Centre. After a frustrating situation with the Pickering location, where I was told I couldn’t exchange my Shiseido foundation, Karen stepped in to help and turned everything around. She reassured me that exchanges could be done at any Shiseido counter in Hudson’s Bay, regardless of where the item was originally purchased.
Despite a system shutdown during the process, Karen stayed incredibly positive, helpful, and kind. She patiently worked through the issue, ensuring the exchange went through smoothly. Her friendly attitude and commitment to great service truly made a difference after such a rough experience.”
