“I went to drop off 2 of my Amazon returns today ( 8th Jan 2026) and the person there made it so easy. Ofcourse I went with everything printed but I did not have a cover to put my items. He quickly scanned the 2 shipping labels i printed and gave me a print out of the tracking label and he said he will have them packed. Smooth operation. I guess this is what we need here in Canada-Fast, Efficient and straightforward.”
“I never processed a return through fedex before and was perplexed in finding the right location to return my items since there doesn’t seem to be a proper corporate place like Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Nevertheless, the staffs are so helpful and kind with the entire process, I even saw one of the staffs help a customer carry their fedex parcel to their car. Staff also recommended I take picture of my parcels in case I don’t get a receipt of it. Overall, it was a pleasant, fast, easy, and efficient process considering a first time return through fedex. They also sell computer inks and toners if you ever run out which is pretty convenient.”
