“My wife and I had an amazing experience purchasing Reebok safety boots, thanks entirely to the exceptional customer service provided by Debbie.
Before this, we visited two other outlets—Marks and Skechers—where we were quite disappointed. The staff there showed a very cold approach, merely pointing us toward a few women’s shoe racks and offering no real assistance. They were not interested in checking alternate brands or models, which left us feeling ignored and frustrated.
On our way back home, feeling disappointed, my wife noticed the Mister Safety Shoes outlet and we decided to get down from the bus and give it a try. From the moment we walked in until the time we completed the purchase, the service we received from Ms. Debbie was beyond words.
Debbie patiently helped my wife find the right size, suggested a high-quality brand like Reebok, and stayed with us throughout the entire process until we were completely confident with our selection. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for customers truly stood out.
She deserves a 10/10 for customer service. Because of her, we are more than happy to recommend this outlet to our friends and colleagues. Outstanding courtesy like this makes all the difference.

“First time at this store today. I am a big guy and need extra large and extra wide footware. I was told that DSW had a large selection of that type, and the information was correct. It is a large store, very well laid out, well lit and clean. There are thousands of pairs of shoes, all brands of men's, women's and kids and for all seasons. There are no clerks to help you with a fitting...that part is self-serve. There are plenty of clerks to direct you to the proper area for what you are looking for and all were friendly and helpful. The displays were well laid out and the available sizes stacked neatly and orderly below the model. There are plenty of benches throughout the entire store for sitting while trying on shoes. I had no trouble finding exactly what I was looking for. The price was excellent...much lower than at that brands own store. Checkout was efficient with several cashiers working. Parking is plentiful in the mall parking area. Store would be considered handicap friendly. I will be back.”

“This was one of the more pleasant experiences i had at a retail store in ages!! Although the store wasnt as neat as i would like it did seem like some of the employees were putting in an effort in making sure the place wasnt a complete mess, and in addition they were mostly friendly especially the specific one i interacted with, she was an absolute sweetheart and was more more than helpful throughout my shopping experience. I wasnt able to get her name but i can remember that she was a young black girl and she had some sort of nose piercing. But to put it plainly if my entire experience ended with her it wouldve been great instead i was made preview to the more unsavoury aspects of this establishment specifically at the check out, obnoxious would be selling this specific older blonde lady short it was almost like she took pleasure in wasting customers time by taking forever to complete simple tasks. But besides her i throughly enjoyed my shopping experience at your establishment. Be sure to give that young lady a raise!!”

“I went to SKECHERS to get a pair of shoes for my clinical, and I had such a pleasant shopping experience with Jie. I actually had to go there twice for exchange since my school didn’t approve my first choice. For both visits, Jie kindly guided me to find the right shoes and size for my feet.
