And many available in my hard-to-find women's size 11. Simone was also excellent in suggesting additional styles I had missed. Going forward this will be my go-to store for shoes!”

“Listen. These stores are always the same. Same stuff and same understaffed kind of deal. HOWEVER... I did have a good experience here worth taking time and wiring about. After the typical brush-off of sorry it looks like we're sold out...an employee recognized my level of "desperate" (aka my shoes were LITERALLY falling apart and I had to go back to work in 30 minutes) and she slowed down enough to help me. She was the only one working and it was BUSY yet she greeted every single guest that walked in and still provided the best service. I was set on returning a shoe that didn’t fit- and she totally convinced me to just get a different colour in the right size. “The sales person was very friendly and the high cut lady's boots are very comfortable. After 10 days, I discovered that negative reviews on their site simply are not posted so beware Problems? I waterproofed but the boots leak if there is wet snow. The manufacturer does not produce boots for winter. If I wear one pair of thermal socks and one thinner pair of socks, they are OK until the temperature reaches freezing. After receiving the owner's response to the review, I returned the boots. The store was closed but he returned when I called as the sign directed. He was as attentive as his wife had been and processed the refund as promised. I made another purchase before leaving.”

“I had ordered winter shoes online but size was wrong (my bad). Went back to store to return. My experience was very nice. The sales person, Chevonne, was extremely polite and helpful. She suggested the right shoe size, gave proper guidance. She helped me to do a order of new shoes at the desk. The store design is very nice. Even the other staff is nice and helpful. Lookin forward to get the shoes in store soon. Have to do more shopping of shoes....sports & office.will seek guidance from Chevonne again. It's like a trust has been established.
