“I took my Seiko SRPH89K1 to Watch Zone to have my bracelet adjusted to my wrist. I called in advance to get a quote on pricing and their hours of operation. Eddie answered the phone and he was friendly and informative.Once I got to the store (located on the 2nd floor), he greeted me and was extremely friendly and professional! I didn't know how many links I needed to remove, so he said "don't worry, try it on and I'll do the rest." He was quick and efficient, and got the bracelet down to a PERFECT fit.I was in the market for another Seiko 5/G-Shock and he was very honest and told me the perfect time to purchase these watches.We had a good chat about watches. It's pretty evident he knows what he's doing and a true watch collector.Did not try to upsell me at all. An honest guy, running an honest business (very rare nowadays lol).10/10 highly recommend.”
