“On Thursday Oct. 23, I came to your auto service desk to purchase and have 4 new Michelin tires installed on OEM Toyota RAV 4 rims that I purchased on Marketplace. The installation took place and after road test by your technician, it was found out that these rims were not completely compatible for the year of my RAV 4 as they were grinding against my front wheel calipers. Distress set in, but Shannon and one of your technicians save the day by mentioning that they could possibly solve the problem with the purchase some spacers for the front wheels and have it done by Friday, when the spacers arrived. What a RELIEF that was!!! Not only they found a solution, but they also offered to remove all 4 wheels and reinstalled my old set of wheels so I could return home. I declined on that last offer as I was walking distance from the store. Friday when the problem was rectified, Shannon called to let me know the vehicle was ready. I showed up , she had a big smile on her face, satisfied to have found a solution to my predicament and never mentioned that I should be careful with my purchases on Marketplace. I am totally impressed by the exceptional customer service I received and from Shannon and the auto technician/mechanic on that day. You have a Class A service manager in Shannon, hold on to her, as she will drive a lot of repeat business with that type of client service for your auto department.”

“I had amazing service at Walmart in Smiths Falls this morning. I asked a woman (Kelly) stocking the shelves for help in finding Distilled Water. She went out of her way to go into the storeroom, get 10 bottles and bring them out to me. She opened the plastic wrap so I could carry them. She then wished me a Merry Christmas and I was on my way. So pleasing, especially for seniors, to have employees like Kelly to help, with a big smile on their faces. Thank you Kelly”
