“Good 24 hour convenience store for late night munchies or gas needs. Coffee machine broken as well as hot chocolate/cappuccino machine and apparently has been for a while according to staff so that's not ideal. But otherwise friendly and helpful staff.”
“I stopped at the Canadian Gas Bar in Smiths Falls on my way from Ottawa to Kingston and had a great experience. The employee named Prince was incredibly respectful and friendly. He informed me that it was Friday and let me know about a special promotion on car washes—50% off, which I had no idea about! He also told me about discounts on cigarettes, which was really helpful. I ended up buying a lottery ticket too because of how well he explained everything and the way he upsold without being pushy. The customer service was outstanding. Prince made my stop enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Great job!”
