“Ordered a new mattress last Thursday and it arrived today, exactly one week later. Absolutely outstanding experience from the showroom sales experience and factory tour to the prompt, professional and thoughtful delivery people. We’d give you 10 stars if we could, Bestway! And the very best part: shopping local and Canadian. Thank you so much!”
“Had a great experience buying the mattress since there were great options and great service. The delivery truck was on time but im not thrilled that they make no provision to walk into my house with no shoe guards/covers.”
“Doug was fantastic to work with, he spent lots of time to find the right mattress for us. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We highly recommend him”

“Very pleased with our dealings with Direct Bed. Shane was very helpful and patient with my elderly parents who were in need of a mattress. From talking to him in person and over the phone Shane listened to their needs and wants. He nailed it! When mom is happy, everyone is happy. Thank you Shane and Direct Bed.”
