“We had a great experience dealing with Shaun at Sleep Country. He has been very helpful, understanding, and professional throughout our mattress situation. We really appreciate the time and effort he has taken to listen to our concerns and help us find a better solution.
We are hoping to exchange our mattress for a more suitable option, and we truly appreciate Shaun’s willingness to work with us. We would highly recommend Shaun to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and providing good service. Thank you, Shaun, for all your help and support!”
“It was great after we got help from a wonderful saleswoman! Apparently they were busy so it took a good 20-25 min to get help otherwise it was a good experience”
