If we have ever had an issue, they have rectified it 100%. This is by far the best automotive station around. The customer service is excellent. That post was for last week, we had more issues again that needed to be fixed. Bill called me at every step to make sure it was ok with us. He explained why it needed to be fixed. We still have more work to be done and Bill again explained why. It’s so nice to have a garage actually explain why it needs to be fixed or replaced. Instead of just doing the work and charging you. Mike is super nice too! They truly go above and beyond for their customers. If our other cars ever need service after their warranty’s are up, We will only take them there. In this day with prices of gas, groceries and essentials being so high, they really try and help where they can. I recommend Garrison Auto to everyone looking for fair prices, hard workers, awesome customer service!!! Thank you again for all you have done for us!!!!”

We had brakes, rotors, pads, and an oil change done. The next morning, we found a significant oil leak under the car (photos attached).
We called Larry, sent the pictures, and he immediately took ownership. He arranged a tow, brought the vehicle back in, diagnosed a failed oil filter, replaced it with a different brand, topped up fluids, tested everything, and returned the car — all at no charge.
Then he went a step further: he sent someone to our home to clean the oil stain from the driveway.
