“I just wanted to say that the Mark's "Wearhouse " in Kanata Centrum has 2 very special people working there - Tyleen and Sheri-Lynn. My wife was there a few weeks ago trying to buy some jeans and was having difficulty finding the right pair. These 2 ladies went well beyond what I would normally expect and they made suggestions and were able to help get the proper size and style. While many of life's decisions are far more complex than buying jeans, it was a sincere pleasure shopping at that Mark's and encountering 2 very sincere and accommodating staff.”
“I visited Eddie Bauer on a very busy Saturday during the Easter long weekend. I was looking for a waterproof rain coat and was helped by Kelly. She took the time to explain the features of the coat and benefits of one coat over another. Kelly was extremely informative and helpfully and I would like to recommend her for employee of the month. “The store is a pot bigger than I expected, which is nice. I'm not sure what it was, but when I walked in, the woman who was working at the front of the store, anytime I seen her looking at me, she looks disgusted and would avoid be close me. Unfortunately, she was the only available sales associate to ask for help, but I couldn't bother with her.”

“I went to Mountain Warehouse today with my son. They had the friendliest and most helpful service! My son even got a jolly rancher for 'helping' at the end of the transaction :). I would recommend this location in particular to anyone. As for Mountain Warehouse themselves, quality of their clothing is very good and so are the deals if you can catch one of their bigger sales!”

“Mr. Kishore was professional, patient, humorous, and incredibly helpful in finding my senior father a suit for my upcoming graduation and wedding. We didn't have an appointment but it was quiet when we walked in. He did measurements for fitting and adjustments and got my father set up with a nice suit, shirts and socks in under an hour. What a relief to have this checked off my to do list. Thank you, Mr. Kishore!I noticed as well that the second gentleman working was also very attentive and professional for the people he was helping. Overall, todays experience left a positive impression of the way the store is run.”

“I was in at the Bayshore Shopping Mall on the weekend looking for a men's shirt and was served by Nicole, she was very helpful, courteous and to the point. Brought me to the shirt that would fit me (knowing the shirt sizes were a bit smaller suggested a 1/2 size larger, I tried it on, and it fit me perfectly. She suggested a tie and helped me pick one out, then informing me that the one I picked was part of the sale and it was included in the price of the shirt. Awesome !!What a great experience I had with a great sales person and the store offered a quality product 5 stars in my books, Well done Nicole”
