“Our family wants to thank pharmacist ADEL who acted with compassion, professionalism, and kindness on his evening shift Sept.11, 2025. We were discharged from the hospital at 11pm, in need of 3 urgent prescriptions, that the doctor said must be initiated immediately. We called 7 pharmacies searching for stock of the 3 meds needed, and only this location had them after speaking to Adel on the phone. He knew we were on the way from the hospital, expected to arrive 15min before the store closing at midnight. He acted promptly and did his best to fill the 3 prescriptions at such a late notice, given the urgency of the situation. We thank you kindly. This pharmacy is lucky to have a pharmacist like you!”
