“My experience with the sales representative, customer service, installation and service has been exceptional!This is the second time I chose Goemans to buy the appliances for my new build property.I ordered my appliances in 2020 so I get the specific specs for the builder. I contacted the same sales representative Karen Guiducci and the great experience began.Despite the challenges that covid brought, the expectations that Karen set for me where accurate. She kept following up with me through the process. My house finally closed on Dec 2023. The appliances were in time, installation when we’ll and as promised in 2020 they honoured the promo that Kitchen Aids had without asking. I highly recommend Karen knowledgeable, professional and friendly approach.Will be coming to her and Goemans for the next one!! Thank you”

“Great service. But the quality of the wood I find lacking..not sure if it shortages causing it or just poor suppliers...I'm not a fan of the self check out. I think they should get rid of it and just hire more staff”
