“My husband and I were at Home Depot today and was looking for the floor glider attachment for our bedroom closet door. We found the one we were looking for but someone had opened the package and removed the bar code. We looked all over to see if we could find another package to no avail. As we were getting ready to leave that Isle we stopped and asked Antonio if he could look up what the bar code could be as this is the attachment we preferred. This was not Antonio's department but he tried looking up the information we needed. He spent a good 20 minutes trying to find this information with no success. Thank you Antonio for all of your help it was appreciated.”

“This review isn’t for the store, it’s for their silver-haired plumber-knowledge-god of an employee Alex. That guy is a true gem whose knowledge prevented my family from connecting the fan they were installing in my bathroom ceiling to my sewage exhaust pipe. I did not know what my family were doing, because who asks family for a résumé when they offer to install things at your house for free? But Alex knew exactly what they were about to do just because I went up to him and asked him where to find a particular part that he knew right away should have nothing to do with a bathroom fan installation. I’ve been back to the store several times now to pick up various parts, and I’ve run into Alex again and he keeps helping me find things in that enormous warehouse of a store. That guy deserves a massive raise. THANK YOU Alex.”

“A peice on my drier cracked. It was still under warranty. Mike and Anthony came out to replace it. Right on time. Very curtious and professional. When they changed out the peice, they found a secondary problem. Wires were severed during the manufacturing or assembly, causing my dryer to never fully dry the clothes. Always slightly damp. So I had to run the dryer atleast twice. They explained everything to me thoroughly. 5 star service.Thank you so much. Appreciate it.”
