“Just wanted to thank Sean for recommending Mike to replace the cap on the chimney vent that had blown off with the high winds. Sean called Mike to make sure he could do the work. Mike came this afternoon and not only replaced the cap but checked fireplace to make sure there was no leakage of gas or carbon monoxide. Thanks again to both Sean and Mike for making sure we were safe to continue using our fireplace.”

“So we had ordered a fridge and dishwasher through Tasco last summer. Unfortunately the fridge had issues with the water dispenser (kept dripping) and after three service calls the issue was still unresolved. So Tasco worked proactively with the manufacturer to exchange the fridge for a new one. The new fridge was delivered and so far so good.
