“Got clipped by a kid a couple weeks ago. I had it quoted, scheduled the repair, and returned it in 3 days from the start of repair. They were great. Friendly, very helpful, and the front desk was awesome. I asked if I could buy a couple screws from them to replace a couple screws on my mud flaps. The tech found some, replaced them at no charge. Would certainly recommend you check them out if youre looking for a repair.”

“I was recently in a car collision in burlington , and the police called global tech collision for a flat bed for my tesla vehicle. Yousuf was very helpful and kind.Despite the chaos of a collision. He allowed me to sit in his warm truck whilst he put my car on the tow. It was very cold outside , so that was appreciated. Giving it one star less due to the company only taking cash, I would've rather used credit card for this transaction.”

“Truthfully, hard to figure 5 vs 4. Settled on 5 because ultimately they delivered. I was changing rims and tire size on my car. They suggested they look at new rims on car to verify fit, issues etc. They did this before ordering tires. The rears were a difficult size to source in the Michelins I wanted. They were able to get them, came in when they said. Car went in for installation, but the size of spacers ordered were not correct, so had to put my original wheels/tires back on the car until correct spacers came in. When new ones were mounted with new spacers, they looked perfect. Unfortunately, new TPMS was not programmed. I tried to do this at home, but couldn’t get the car to accept the new TPMS units. I checked car diagnostics and it showed a fault on the Right Front TPMS. I called and they asked that I bring car in to sort it out. They also had difficulty programming the units. Tried different solutions then finally called manufacturer Tech Support, who confirmed that there was a software issue, sent Focus the fix, 10 minutes later everything was programmed correctly and I left, a happy customer. I wavered between a 4 or 5, and gave 5 because, altho it was a bit of a process, they were relentless in getting everything sorted out, securing hard to find tires, getting correct spacers, sorting out TPMS. Kevin and the lads got it done, never bitching about it, just rolling up their sleeves and getting it done as fast as they could, at the price they originally quoted. Isn’t that what we want, quality products and great service at a good price. I’d go back and would recommend to my friends.”

“I ordered the Weathertec mats for my Pick up, not realizing I had the storage option in my backseat, which made the rear mats too big, and essentially useless. I sent an email and almost immediately Tessa from Customer service responded, gave me a return authorization number and i was on my way. I took the rear mats to the store on Walkers line, exchange was simple and straightforward and the new rear set was ordered. An excellent experience made that much better by Tessa from cusomer service who was very knoweldgeable and responsive !! HIghly recomended, not to mention the quality and fit of the floor mats are second to none, easily better than the OEM and much cheaper !!”

“I just had two vehicles rust-proofed at Krown downtown - one brand new, and the other 17 years old which has been Krown rustproofed since it was brand new. My service centre mechanics for the older car always comment how good condition it is in for 300,000+km, and it easily passed a safety certification for which I mostly credit Krown rustproofing. The Krown downtown location/building is older, yet the staff are very casual friendly and do a professional job - highly recommended. Let's support businesses in Hamilton's core.”

“WOW, what a great experience in buying a dump trailer. Rob communicated with me throughout the entire process as I had many questions as a first time buyer. He is very professional and was upfront from the beginning on prices and the process. He updated me frequently as to what step they were on with putting the trailer together and as a buyer I appreciated this greatly. When I arrived to pick up the trailer Rob was very thorough going over the trailer and all its features.
