“I purchased a pair of shoes there 3 months ago and really liked them at first, but the soles have worn off and the insides fell apart. I've bought this brand of shoe before and had no problems. I took them back today, with no receipt, as initially I liked them. The staff there were so understanding and helpful. They replaced the shoes, with a different kind, and I just had to pay the difference. I can't believe what good service I received, especially when I didn't have a receipt. Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
