“I came into the service shop with two issues to address: a replacement of the front bumper and a full paint job of the hood of the car I turned in.
Despite it being dark at the time, Kirk (Owner/Manager) and his associates were able to give an initial examination of the wear-and-tear, then give me an initial agreed-upon quote (cash payment deducts the tax from your service fee, keep that in mind).
There were delays in the completion of the vehicle due to the holiday weather conditions, but after coming to pick up the finished job, Kirk actually informed me that he had completely touched up the trunk area on top (free of charge) with fresh paint from the original manufacturer and make date; there was even attention to detail in replacing my rusted license plate screws.
