“Did a phone order for 34 rib steaks for my staff bbq. Order was processed easily. Picked up and ready when promised. Did i pay a lot for this meat????? Absolutely....will i pay again? Absolutely. The meat is top quality and my staff loved it. Bonus.....picked up the buns they have for sale as well. Not sure if they are made in house but they were amazing. Held up well for a steak sandwich. A+++ overall.”

“I have a large extended family and have shopped at Nortown for years, but never again. I have really liked all the staff at Nortown, and again this year I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of food for Thanksgiving. For the first time, I dealt with an employee named Daniel and asked if the turkey could be wrapped in aluminum foil instead of plastic wrap because I wanted to reheat it in the oven while preserving its moistness. He agreed and said there would be no plastic wrap, only foil wrap As well as the turkey, gravy and stuffing for 12, I asked him to add cranberry sauce for 12. I asked him what the total bill would be, and he said we won't know until we pick it up. Really? When I visited the store today, he had not only failed to deliver on his promises, but lied and said he only agreed to throw in a roll of aluminum foil (just a quick on-the-spot lie, because there was no roll of aluminum foil with our plastic-wrapped turkey). We spoke to the Nortown butchers, who did exactly what Daniel had promised while we waited. They were great. The final laugh was when we got home, there was no cranberry sauce. Nortown has been our go-to for special occasions, and what a shame that a single new employee would end that multi-year relationship with a great family business. Good news! Richard called me today from Nortown Foods and we had an excellent conversation, and a plan of action that I believe will return Nortown Foods to the way I have felt about this wonderful family business for a long time. There was honesty taking responsibility for a terrible mistake that all businesses make, including the three business I have started in my lengthy lifetime. Nortown is back!”

“They have what I go there for. For me the location is convenient. The emloyee(s) are very helpful. A very clean place. Meats/eggs are fresh. It's nice to have this service in this area. I feel good knowing they are here and I can pick up meat(s)/egg(s)from this store.”
