The manager did not communicate effectively with the other staff leaving them in confusion.

Remy (the tailor) had to come all the way from home to help us.

“Went to this location to pick up a mattress from a gift registry. Angela in baby section was amazing and very professional. She was helping other people and advised us to wait for her, she then searched to find the registry, then she walked to the back to get us the mattress. Once she was back, I asked how much I have on the gift card and she walked all the way to the front of the store to get us the answer.
