“Came in for an authentic iPhone charger and had paid however I was told the charger that I had just received was not authentic and that they did not have them in stock at the time. They thankfully gave me two temporary chargers and was told I could come back when I had time for the authentic one. Despite how long I waited to come in due to my busy schedule they allowed me to come back and grab my charger as well as keeping the temporary charger they had given me, owner is super nice though.”
“I’ve been a customer of Radio World for many years but a recent situation reminded why! The Garmin plotter on my boat had died the other day. As it was 7 years old, I was fully prepared to buy a new one.
But a chat on the phone John convinced me to hold off as he thought corrosion in the mounting bracket might be the culprit. A few days later I popped in and John was able to jury-rig an electrical connection for the replacement bracket and sure enough, my unit fired up fine. I’ve using for the last four days.
The only downside is the John also showed me the new version of my unit. I resisted however and opted for the $88 bracket rather than the $1600 for a replacement.
Great advice, a happy customer and saved some $$ as well.

Amanda was an absolute legend helping me set up my new phone with Bell - went above and beyond to call multiple customer service numbers to sort out a porting issue we ran into from my old phone, and even stayed back to help me on a different day and checked in multiple times with me to see how the phone provider issue was going. My spouse and I had a real adventure in store with an awesome team, they set me up with a new case and a screen protector too, didn’t have to worry about a thing. Super friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Will be back!! Go here ASAP if you’re tech-deficient like me and need the expertise, or even just for a friendly chat with great people ??”
“I got a video player from them and it had an issue with it. i called them and told then there was pronlem with it and they told me to bring it back and they would take care of it. i went back a few weeks later and they solved my issue. i am very happy with the service these guys provided me

“Mathew is a very knowlegeable audio technician. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his shop Techsonar to anyone that is looking for an really honest professional for audio repair work. After having an issue with my Carver TFM 55 amp, Mathew determined that it may have been an issue in my setup rather than the amp itself. He suggested a few things to try prior to having him perform an internal inspection. Upon doing so, Mathew was correct in his diagnosis. You couldn't ask for a more honest man to do business with and I definitely plan on returning for future work to be done on a receiver that is in need of repair. I might also add that his pricing is very reasonable and fair for the work perfomed.
