The service improved dramatically since my last visit a year and half ago! The waiting time to be processed dropped from almost 40 minutes in the past to 5-10 minutes, and the rental waiting problem in the past has been resolved. It was impressive to see the huge upward change. Special thank to Luciano for his help.
